Here you can mainly deal with the following matters:

  • Information about penalties imposed for breach of the Contractual Terms and Conditions of Travel
  • The option of creating an instalment calendar
  • Information about debts which have been ceded to other companies, including contacts to these companies
  • Information about court and out-of-course recovery of debts
  • Information about other possible ways of dealing with outstanding debts
  • The option of issuing confirmation of having no outstanding payments
  • Application for the issue of a duplicate non-transferable season ticket which has been stolen
  • Suggestions and complaints regarding ticket inspection or complaints/claims about penalties imposed

 

The penalty fare desk (doplatková pokladna) is also located at the Tariff Contact Centre. Here you can pay any surcharge on a fare imposed for breach of the Contractual Terms and Conditions of Travel or obtain other information regarding surcharges on fares.
