155th jubilee of the public transport in Brno

On Saturday, 17 August 2024, a parade of historic vehicles of the Brno City Transport Company with an accompanying programme, including historic rides, will take place as part of the celebration of 155 years of public transport in Brno.

 

From 13:15 to 18:15, historic vehicles will line up for scenic drives according to a special timetable (see below):

 

Historical trams will run on the route Janáčkovo divadlo – Pionýrská – Semilasso – Královo Pole, nádraží – Semilasso – Pionýrská – náměstí Svobody – Janáčkovo divadlo

• boarding and alighting is possible at the stops Janáčkovo divadlo, Pionýrská, Semilasso and Královo Pole, railway station

• interval: 15 minutes

• one-way fare: 20 CZK

 

Party Šalina will run on the route Janáčkovo divadlo – Pionýrská – Semilasso – Královo Pole, nádraží – Semilasso – Pionýrská – náměstí Svobody – Janáčkovo divadlo

• boarding and alighting is possible at the stops Janáčkovo divadlo, Pionýrská, Semilasso and Královo Pole, railway station

• interval: 75-90 minutes

• one-way fare: 60 CZK

 

Historical buses will run along the route Janáčkovo divadlo - Milady Horákové - Drobného - Erbenová - Lesnickou - Provazníkova - Merhautová - Štefánikova čtvrt' and back

• boarding and alighting is possible at the stops Janáčkovo divadlo, Náměstí 28. října, Zemědělská and Štefánikova čtvrt'

• Interval: 15 minutes

• one-way fare: 20 CZK

 

After the end of the ceremonial act, at approximately 19:00, selected historic cars will leave in convoy from the stop Moravské náměstí to the stop Semilasso, without stopping.
