Bus transport restriction in Česká and Lelekovice
Due to the emergency condition of the bridge over the railway line, traffic between Česká and Lelekovice will be restricted from 4:00 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025, until further notice.
Bus line 41 will only operate between Královo Pole, nádraží – Mácova (– Ivanovice, Globus).
Replacement transport during the day will be provided by bus line x41 on the route (Ivanovice, Globus –) Mácova – Lelekovice (– Vranov).
• Connections going to Mácova and from Globus will serve the following stops in Ivanovice in order (Česká, Nádavky ») Příjezdová » Kouty » Mácova, connections going to Globus in order (Česká, Nádavky ») Mácova » Kouty » Příjezdová.
• Outside of morning and afternoon rush hours, connections to Vranov will terminate at the Vranov, smyčka stop, so the Vranov, křižovatka and Vranov, myslivna stops will not be served.
Night bus line N91 services running regularly from/to Lelekovice will only run on the section Labská – Mácova and then be diverted to the stop Ivanovice, Globus.
Replacement transport during the night will be provided by bus line x91 on the route Mácova – Lelekovice, u kříže.
Lines 41 and N91 will only serve Ivanovice in a counterclockwise direction, in both directions and all route variants, serving the stops in order Mácova » Kouty » Příjezdová (regular stops towards city centre).
With the exception of connections to Ivanovice, Globus, line x41 will operate clockwise in Ivanovice and will serve the stops in order Příjezdová » Kouty » Mácova (regular stops towards Lelekovice).
Interchange between lines 41 and x41, or N91 and x91, will be possible at the Mácova stop.

Christmas tram
From Saturday 22 November 2025 to Tuesday 23 December 2025, traditional Christmas tram operates:
• on working days always from 15:00 to 20:00
• on non-working days always from 12:00 to 20:00
The tram operates each 30 minutes on circular route through the city centre: Česká (platform 6) – Malinovského náměstí – Hlavní nádraží (track 1) – Hlavní nádraží (platform 8) – Zelný trh – Náměstí Svobody (by the astronomical clock) – Náměstí Svobody (regular stop) – Česká (platform 6).
In the Christmas tram, regular IDS JMK tariff applies.

Christmas market on náměstí Svobody
Due to the Christmas market, tram transport on náměstí Svobody will be interrupted from Friday 21 November 2025 till Tuesday 23 December 2025:
• on working days always from 15:00 to 20:00
• on non-working days always from 12:00 to 20:00
Tram line 4 between the stops Česká and Hlavní nádraží will be diverted through Husova street in this direction.
• The stops Česká, Náměstí Svobody and Zelný trh will be omitted.
• On the diversion route, the stops Šilingrovo náměstí and Nové sady will be served.
• The stop Česká will be served at the Joštova street together with lines 5 and 6 towards Mendlovo náměstí.
Tram line 9 between the stops Moravské náměstí and Hlavní nádraží will be diverted through Rooseveltova street in both directions.
• The stops Česká, Náměstí Svobody and Zelný trh will be omitted.
• On the diversion route, the stop Malinovského náměstí will be served.
• The stop Hlavní nádraží will be served at tracks 5/6 (together with lines 10 and 67).
From Saturday 22 November 2025, a special Christmas tram will operate via náměstí Svobody within the time frames specified in a separated information.

Fryčajova Street Closure
Due to reconstruction of utility networks and road surfaces, Fryčajova Street in Obřany is closed to all traffic from 6:15 AM on Saturday, November 1, 2025 until completion of the work (expected at least till spring in 2027).
All tram line 4 connections run to the Obřany, Babická stop.
• Selected connections will no longer terminate at the Maloměřický most stop.
Bus line 57 only operates between Vranov, smyčka and Maloměřický most.
• Selected connections will no longer terminate at the Obřany, sídliště stop in the morning.
Bus line 75 only operates on the section (Slatina, nádraží –) Vozovna Slatina – Tomkovo náměstí.
• In the direction from Slatina, it runs from the Židenice, kasárna stop via the Karlova and Maloměřický most stops to the Tomkovo náměstí stop.
• In the direction to Slatina, it runs from Tomkovo náměstí (stop for line 84 in the direction of Stará osada) directly to the Židenice, kasárna stop and then continue along the usual route.
• Between Maloměřice, Obřany, and Bílovice nad Svitavou, lines 4 and x75 are available as a replacement.
Replacement transport is provided by the special midibus line x75 on the route Obřanský most – Hradiska – Obřany, sídliště (– Bílovice nad Svitavou, železniční stanice).
• The Hradiska stop are located at the upper end of the street of the same name in both directions.
• In the section Obřany, sídliště – Bílovice nad Svitavou, železniční stanice, the bus follows the route and stops of line 75.
The night bus line N94 terminates at the Obřany, Babická stop.
• Selected connections no longer run to Bílovice nad Svitavou.
The Hlaváčova and Bílovická stops are completely out of service during the closure.
Due to the limited capacity of the x75 minibus line and the significantly longer travel time, we recommend primarily using the S2 railway line for travel between Brno and Bílovice nad Svitavou, with a transfer to bus lines x75 and 211 at the Bílovice nad Svitavou, železniční stanice stop.
During the closure, minor changes to the measures in place may occur as part of the individual stages of construction work.
UPDATE November 26, 2025: From the night of Friday, November 28 to Saturday, November 29, 2025, a night minibus line x94 is launched.
The night bus line x94 runs along the route Brno, Tomkovo náměstí (connection with line N94) – Ochoz u Brna – Kanice – Řícmanice – Bílovice nad Svitavou – Brno, Obřany, sídliště.
• From the stop Obřany, sídliště in the direction of Brno, connections depart from the signpost in the direction of Bílovice nad Svitavou.
• In Bílovice nad Svitavou, buses stop opposite the x75 line at stops in the opposite direction.
• Only buses specified in the timetable stop at the stops Ochoz u Brna, Kanice, and Řícmanice; other buses travel between Brno, Tomkovo náměstí and Bílovice nad Svitavou, UP závody without stopping.
Line x94 also replaces selected connections on line x75 during off-peak hours.
Fare measures:
• When traveling on line x94 between stops in fare zone 100, holders of the relevant season ticket do not pay the fare for zones 210 and 215; a season ticket for zone 100 is sufficient.
• When traveling on line x94 between fare zones 100 and 215, holders of the relevant prepaid ticket do not pay the fare for zone 210; a prepaid ticket for zones 100 and 215 is sufficient.
• Passengers with a single-use ticket pay the fare according to the fare zones actually traveled.
• On this line, except for the stops Tomkovo náměstí and Obřany, sídliště, passengers board exclusively through the front door, with the driver checking or selling tickets.

Tram service restriction at Ečerova terminus
Due to construction work at the Ečerova loop in connection with the construction of a new tram line to the Kamechy housing estate, there are changes to tram service in Bystrc from Saturday, October 18, 2025, until the completion of works (expected by the end of August 2026).
Tram line 1 operates in the Řečkovice – Přístaviště section and then is diverted to the Rakovecká loop.
• The Kubíčkova, Ondrouškova, and Ečerova stops are not served.
As a replacement, tram line 3 is extended to the Ečerova stop.
• The Rakovecká loop is not served.
• On the extended route, the Kubíčkova and Ondrouškova stops are served.
• The Ečerova stop is served for both boarding and alighting in the location of the current exit stop.
Other lines in the area remain unchanged.
While travelling by line 1 from the city center to the western part of Bystrc and the Kamechy housing estate in the evening, we recommend transferring to bus lines 52 and 54 at the Zoologická zahrada terminal.

Bus service restriction on Žebětínská street
Due to gas pipeline reconstruction, all traffic will be prohibited on a section of Žebětínská Street from 4:45 a.m. on Monday, September 1, 2025, until the work is completed (expected by mid-December 2025 19 December 2025).
Bus line 52 will run between the stops Šárka – Kohoutovice, hájenka via a detour along Nad Pisárkami Street and Libušina třída.
• It will not serve the stops Myslivní (only in the direction of Mendlovo náměstí), Výletní and Žebětínská.
• On the detour route, it will also serve the stops Myslivní (only in the direction of Žebětín in a relocated position on Nad Pisárkami Street), Myslivna, Achtelky, Jírovcova, Pavlovská, Talichova, and Bellova.
The night bus line N90 will run between the stops Myslivna – Kohoutovice, hájenka via a detour along Šárka Street and Libušina třída.
• It will not serve the stops Myslivní (only in the direction of Kohoutovice to hájenka), Výletní and Žebětínská.
• On the detour route, it will also serve the stops Myslivní (only in the direction to Ořešín in a relocated position on Nad Pisárkami Street), Šárka, Libušino údolí, Libušina třída, Borodinova, Glinkova, Stamicova and Voříškova.
• Selected N90 line connections will only run from the center from the stop Kamenný vrch directly along Libušina třída, serving the stops Jírovcova, Pavlovská, Talichova, and Bellova.
The stops Myslivní (on Návrší Svobody Street), Výletní, and Žebětínská cannot be served during the closure.

Interruption of the operation of line 62
Due to the construction works, a part of Vinohrady Street will be closed to all traffic from Monday 11 August until the completion of the works (expected by 13 December 2025 19 December 2025).
Bus line 62 will be out of service for the duration of the construction work.
• It will not be possible to serve the Červený kopec stop.
• In the section Mendlovo náměstí - Nemocnice Milosrdných bratří it will be possible to use regular tram lines.
Traffic restriction in Jihlavská Street – 2nd phase
Due to the ongoing construction works, from 22:30 on Sunday 20 July until the completion of the works (expected till 13 December 2025), all traffic will not be able to pass through Jihlavská Street in the direction to the centre.
Bus line 40 will run in the direction of Tuřany in the section Stará nemocnice – Bidláky via Dlouhá, Lány and Heršpická streets.
• It will not serve the stops Krematorium and Ústřední hřbitov.
• On the diverted route it will serve the stops Uzbecká (in Dlouhá Street), Běloruská, Vyhlídalova, Gruzínská, Za hřbitovem, Traťová, Bohunická and Heršpická.
Night bus line N90 will run in the section Stará nemocnice – Hluboká by diverting through Ukrajinská, Lány and Vídeňská streets.
• It will not serve the Krematorium stops.
• On the diverted route it will serve the stops Uzbecká, Ukrajinská, Gruzínská (in Ukrajinská Street), Za hřbitovem, Traťová, Bohunická and Ústřední hřbitov.
Night bus line N91 will run in the section Běloruská – Hluboká by diverting through Ukrajinská, Lány and Vídeňská streets.
• It will not serve the Uzbecká and Krematorium stops.
• On the diverted route it will serve the stops Ukrajinská, Gruzínská (in Ukrajinská Street), Za hřbitovem, Traťová, Bohunická and Ústřední hřbitov.
The Uzbecká stop of lines 40 and N90 towards Nemocnice Bohunice will not be served.
The measures from 1st phase still apply.

Traffic restriction in Jihlavská Street – 1st phase
Due to the construction works, from Monday 30 June 2025 until the completion of the works (expected by 13 December 2025) the traffic in Jihlavská Street between the intersections with Netroufalky and Dlouhá Streets will be restricted.
Trolleybus line 25 will operate only in the section Nemocnice Bohunice – Líšeň, Jírova.
• For the section Osová – Nemocnice Bohunice it will be possible to use regular bus and tram lines.
The Stará nemocnice stop of lines 40 and N90 in the direction from the centre will be relocated to a temporary platform in the central dividing strip at the level of the regular stop.

Údolní street reconstruction
Due to the reconstruction of utilities, tram lines and the road surface, the Údolní street between the intersection with Husova street and the intersection with Bratří Čapků street is completely closed.
Tram line 4 runs on the semicircular route Babická – Maloměřický most – Malinovského náměstí – Česká – Náměstí Svobody – Hlavní nádraží – Malinovského náměstí – Maloměřický most – Babická.
• The stops Česká, Náměstí Svobody, Zelný trh and Hlavní nádraží are served in one direction only. The stop Česká is served on platform 5 (together with line 9 in front of St. Thomas Church).
Replacement transport is provided by bus line x4 on the route Česká – Náměstí Míru – Tábor – Nákupní centrum Královo Pole.
• The stop Česká is served at the stop of line 12 in the direction Hlavní nádraží. In the direction from Česká the buses divert through Husova, Pekařská, Úvoz and Grohova streets. The buses skip the stops Komenského náměstí and Obilní trh and serve the stop Šilingrovo náměstí (stops of lines 5 and 6 in the direction of Mendlovo náměstí), Nemocnice u sv. Anny, Sladová (at the Úvoz × Sladová intersection), Tvrdého and Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Konečného náměstí) stops on the diversion route. The stop Všetičkova is relocated behind the Grohova × Údolní intersection. Furthermore, line x4 serves the stop Náměstí Míru (stop of line N89) and continues along the route of line 68 via the Kounicovy koleje, Tábor (relocated to Tábor Street), Klusáčkova (relocated to Tábor Street), Štefánikova and then via the stop Reissigova to the stop Nákupní centrum Královo Pole.
• In the direction of Česká, buses run from the stop Nákupní centrum Královo Pole via the stops Reissigova and Štefánikova to the stop Klusáčkova of line 68, then along the route of line 68 via the stops Tábor, Kounicovy koleje and Tichého to the stop Náměstí Míru (in a loop), then serving the stops Heinrichova and Všetičkova of line 4 and then continuing on a diversion through Bratří Čapků, Gorkého, Grohová and Veveří streets. They thus skip the stops Obilní trh and Komenského náměstí, and on the diversion route they serve the stop Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Konečného náměstí), Grohova (in Grohova Street before the intersection with Veveří Street) and Česká (stop of line 12 in the direction of Hlavní nádraží) stops.
• Part of the connections of line x4 only runs in the section Česká – Náměstí Míru.
Trolleybus lines 38 and 39 in the direction to the centre run from the stop Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Konečného náměstí) via Grohova and Veveří streets and terminate at the stop Česká.
• They thus skip the stops Obilní trh and Komenského náměstí and serve the stops Grohova (in Grohova Street before the intersection with Veveří Street) and Česká (stop of line 80 at the park) stops on the diversion route.
Trolleybus lines 38 and 39 in the direction to Masarykova čtvrť run from the stop Česká (line 80 stop by the park) along Kounicova Street, through Konečného náměstí and Úvoz.
• They thus skip the stops Komenského náměstí and Obilní trh, and on the diversion route they serve the stops Česká (line 80 stop at the park), Smetanova, Sušilova, Konečného náměstí, Čápkova and Úvoz (line 25 and 26 stop towards Mendlovo náměstí).
Selected connections of line 38 run from the stop Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Konečného náměstí) through the stops Čápkova and Nerudova to the stop Konečného náměstí (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Mendlovo náměstí), from where they continue back in the direction of Preslova.
Bus line 68 operates only in the section Myslivna – Náměstí Míru. In the remaining part of the route, it is replaced by the shutdown bus line x4.
• The stops Šumavská and Šelepova are not be served by line x4 or line 68. On the other hand, the stop Štefánikova is served in both directions.
Bus line 80 in the direction to Špilberk runs in the section Česká – Úvoz on the same route as lines 38 and 39.
• It thus skip the stop Komenského náměstí, and on the diverted route it serves the stops Konečného náměstí and Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Mendlovo náměstí).
Bus line 80 in the direction to Česká runs in the section Úvoz – Česká on the same route as lines 38 and 39.
• It thus skips the stop Komenského náměstí, and on the diverted route it serves the stops Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Konečného náměstí) and Grohova (in Grohova Street before the intersection with Veveří Street).
The night bus line N89 in the direction from the main railway station runs in the section Šilingrovo náměstí – Všetičkova via Pekařská, Úvoz and Gorkého streets.
• It skips the stops Komenského náměstí and Obilní trh. It serves the stop Šilingrovo náměstí in Pekařská Street (stop of lines 5 and 6 in the direction of Mendlovo náměstí) and on the diversion route it also serves the stops Nemocnice u sv. Anny, Sladová (at the Úvoz × Sladová intersection), Tvrdého and Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Konečného náměstí). • It skips the stops Komenského náměstí and Obilní trh. It serves the stop Šilingrovo náměstí in Pekařská Street (stop of lines 5 and 6 in the direction of Mendlovo náměstí) and on the diversion route it also serves the stops Nemocnice u sv. Anny, Sladová (at the Úvoz × Sladová intersection) and Tvrdého.
The night bus line N95 in the direction to the main railway station runs in the section Tvrdého – Šilingrovo náměstí via Úvoz, Gorkého, Grohová and Veveří streets.
• It thus skips the stops Obilní trh and Komenského náměstí and on the diversion route it serves the stops Úvoz (stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Konečného náměstí), Grohova (in Grohova Street before the intersection with Veveří Street) and Česká (stop of line 12 in the direction of Hlavní nádraží).
Connections of night lines N89 and N95 going to the connection at the main station at 23:00, 23:30 and 0:00 on Saturday 31 August 2024 in the evening will already be running on the closure route!
The stops Komenského náměstí and Obilní trh cannot be served during the closure. Similarly, it is not possible to serve the stops Úvoz in Údolní street; all lines affected by the closure serve the stops Úvoz of lines 25 and 26.

Vehicle failure – stop Moravské náměstí
Passengers will be transported by an alternative vehicle with delay.
Traffic accident – stop Vlhká
UPDATE 17:29: Traffic has been cleared, lines 8, 9, and 10 are running with delays of up to 15 minutes. Delays may also affect subsequent connections.
The location is currently impassable for all transport.
Vehicle failure – stop Vojtova
UPDATE 17:13: Traffic released, lines 7, 8 continue with up to 8 minutes delay.
Traffic accident – Cejl street
UPDATE 16:53: Cejl Street in the direction of Jugoslávská / Stará osada – traffic has been cleared, lines 2, 4, and 7 are returning to their regular route in the specified direction. Detours have been canceled. Irregularities of up to 10 minutes should be expected on the specified lines.
Cejl Street in the direction of Jugoslávská / Stará osada is currently impassable.
• Line 2 runs between Malinovského náměstí and Vojenská nemocnice in the direction of Stará osada via a detour along Rooseveltova and Milady Horákové streets.
• Line 4 is running between Malinovského náměstí and Trávníčkova in the direction of Obřany via a detour along Rooseveltova and Milady Horákové streets.
• Line 7 is running between Malinovského náměstí and Jugoslávská in the direction of Zemědělská via a detour along Rooseveltova and Milady Horákové streets.
The stops Körnerova and Tkalcovská in the direction of Jugoslávská / Stará osada cannot be served. Please use connections going to the center with a transfer at the stop Malinovského náměstí.

Please use the following connection or line 26.

UPDATE 14:45: Traffic released, line 5 continues with up to 13 minutes delay.
