UPDATE 4:30 PM: Traffic in the city is beginning to ease up. Delays of 5–8 minutes are now only being reported on lines 40, 50, E50, 67, and 84. We expect service to return to normal within the next hour, with no major delays or disruptions.
Due to heavy traffic and traffic disruptions near the intersection of the D1 and D2 highways, which is currently under construction, there are delays on public transit routes in the southeastern part of the city. The delays are most significant on routes 40, 49, 50, E50, and 78.
