Tram transport restriction in Bystrc
Due to the reconstruction of the tram line at Obvodova Street and the underpass at Ondrouškova stop, tram operation in Bystrc will be excluded from Saturday 29 June 2024 to Saturday 31 August 2024 in the section between Kamenolom – Ečerova stops.
Tram line 1 will operate only on the route Řečkovice – Hlavní nádraží – Mendlovo náměstí – Vozovna Komín.
Tram line 3 will operate only on the route Stará osada – Česká – Vozovna Komín – Kamenolom.
Tram line 10 will operate only on the basic route Stránská skála / Novolíšeňská – Hlavní nádraží – Česká – Vozovna Komín.
Alternative transport in the excluded section will be provided by bus line 54 on the extended route Vozovna Komín - Zoologická zahrada - Přístaviště - Kubíčkova - Ečerova - Kamechy (- Křivánkovo náměstí - Žebětín, Bartolomějská).
• The stop Vozovna Komín will be served for boarding at Kníničská Street by the tram line, for alighting the buses will serve the stop on the bridge.
• In the section Vozovna Komín - Zoologická zahrada, line 54 will run directly along Kníničská Street and in both directions will serve the Svratecká stop for night lines and in the direction to Bystrce also the Kamenolom stop (set up behind the pedestrian crossing at the level of the tram stop).
• The Zoologická zahrada stop will be served by line 54 in both directions in Obvodové Street (in the direction from Komín in a relocated position), it will not serve the stop in the terminal.
• Selected connections of line 54 extended to Žebětín will run in both directions via the Kamechy housing estate (via the Říčanská, Kavčí, Chvalovka, Kamechy stops) and in Žebětín will serve only the Drdy, Křivánkovo náměstí, Žebětín-hřbitov and Bartolomějská stops (they will not therefore run via the Ríšova stop).
Bus line 52 will operate only in the section Mendlovo náměstí – Žebětín.
• When travelling from Mendlovo náměstí, buses will leave from the Křivánkovo náměstí stop via the Ríšova, Helenčina, Žebětín-hřbitov, Bartolomějská stops and then via Křivánkovo náměstí back to Mendlovo náměstí.
• The connection between Žebětín and Bystrcí will be provided by the reinforced line 54.
Line 302 will be terminated at the Kamenolom stop, where it will be possible to transfer to tram line 3.
• It will not serve the stop Zoologická zahrada. For pedestrian access to the Zoologická zahrada terminal, the nearby Pod Mniší horou stop can be used.
• At the Kamenolom stop, line 302 will use the stop in Bystrcké Street (at line 30) for exiting, and the stop in Kníničská Street behind the pedestrian crossing (together with line 54) for boarding.
Line 303 will run on the regular route, however, in the direction to Veverská Bítýška it will not serve the stop Zoologická zahrada in Obvodové Street by the tram line.
The stops Náměstí 28. dubna, Vondrákova, Laštůvkova and Wollmanova will be served by regular lines 30, 50, 51. To travel between the city centre and the Bystrc housing estate, it is possible to use tram lines 1, 3 and 10 with a change to line 54 at the Vozovna Komín stop, or tram line 3 with a change to line 30 at the Kamenolom stop.
