Tram transport restriction on Pekařská street
Due to rail replacement, tram operation in Pekařská Street will be excluded from 6:00 a.m. on Saturday 7 December 2024 until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday 8 December 2024. Due to the location of the works, the traffic organisation in Anenská Street will be also temporarily modified.
Tram line 5 will be divided into two separate sections Štefánikova čtvrt' – Komenského náměstí and Mendlovo náměstí – Ústřední hřbitov - smyčka.
• The stops Šilingrovo náměstí and Nemocnice u sv. Anny won't be served.
• In addition the stop Komenského náměstí will be served.
Tram line 6 will be divided into two separate sections Královo Pole, nádraží – Komenského náměstí and Mendlovo náměstí – Starý Lískovec, smyčka.
• The stops Šilingrovo náměstí and Nemocnice u sv. Anny won't be served.
• In addition the stop Komenského náměstí will be served.
Substitute transport for lines 5 and 6 in the excluded section will be provided by bus line x6 on the route Česká – Mendlovo náměstí.
• The regular route and stops of lines 5 and 6 will be followed.
• In the direction of Česká, buses in the section Nemocnice u sv. Anny – Šilingrovo náměstí will be diverted the Hybešova stop, the Šilingrovo náměstí stop will be served at Husova Street.
• The departure stop at Mendlovo náměstí will be the stop of lines 25 and 26 in the direction of Štefánikova čtvrt'.
• Selected connections in the morning and evening hours will start/end at the Poříčí stop, the stop Mendlovo náměstí will be served in both directions at the regular stop of lines 5 and 6 by these extended connections.
The stop Nemocnice u sv. Anny will be served by lines x4, x6, N89, N95 and N97 in a relocated position by the pavement.
• In the direction of Mendlovo náměstí/Sadová in the passing lane next to the tram stop.
• In the direction of Šilingrovo náměstí/Hybešova approximately 100 metres backwards.
Morning connections of line 10 with departures at 5:29 (only on Sunday), 6:29 and 8:29 from the Česká stop in the direction of Stránská skála will serve the stop in front of the Church of St. Thomas (joint stop with line 9 in the direction of Lesná).
