UPDATE 14:46; Lines 3, 5, and 9 heading toward the city center are taking a detour via Cejl and Rooseveltova streets, in section Jugoslávská - Česká, therefore are skipping the stops Dětská nemocnice, Náměstí 28. října, and Moravské náměstí.
